Pre-orders: Our sales involve pre-orders for records, which implies purchasing an item that has not yet been manufactured, requiring your acceptance of waiting until the product is prepared.

Damage & refunds: We are not accountable for lost or damaged items. Our products are carefully shipped to prevent damages, but there is a risk of bends or creases, often due to mishandling by the postal service. Please note, we do not accept returns for such cases.

* The sale is final and cannot be cancelled after 48 hours. No refunds after 48 hours.

The prices may appear costly but are non-negotiable. The Spanish national post significantly raised 'registered' prices on January 1, 2025, leading to the high tracking rates. We regret this situation, as it is beyond our control. Any excess postage charges will be promptly refunded.
