2.1 Physical and Digital Products: Escafismo Records offers physical items (vinyl, CDs, cassettes, merchandise) and digital downloads. Each product’s details, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.
2.2 Subscriptions: By subscribing to our Bandcamp service, you gain access to exclusive content, including previous releases and future launches. Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable.
2.3 Pre-orders: Some products may be available for purchase as pre-orders. By ordering pre-order items, you agree to wait until the product is ready to be shipped. Cancellations for pre-order items are not permitted.
2.4 Merchandise: All designs and slogans, including “Analog Metal Incantations,” are the intellectual property of Escafismo Records and cannot be reproduced without prior consent.
3. Pricing and Payments
3.1 All prices are listed in Euros (€). Taxes, shipping fees, or additional charges will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
3.2 Payments must be made through the payment methods available on our website. We use secure third-party services to process payments.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Physical products are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Escafismo Records is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
4.2 Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors. You will receive tracking information where applicable.
4.3 Buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
4.4 Escafismo Records is not responsible for damages caused by postal services or for lost orders if the customer has not paid for tracking information.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Physical Products: If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a replacement or refund. Proof of damage (e.g., photos) may be required.
5.2 Digital Products: Digital downloads are non-refundable once the purchase is completed.
5.3 Refunds for other circumstances are subject to our discretion and will not include shipping fees.
5.4 Cancellations: Purchase cancellations are only applicable within the withdrawal period defined by Spanish law (14 days from receipt of goods or services). Cancellations outside this period will not be accepted. Cancellation-related expenses, including return shipping costs, will be borne by the customer. Payment processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will not be refunded.
