1. Returns for Physical Products

1.1 If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product to request a replacement or refund.
1.2 You may be required to provide proof of damage, such as photographs of the product and packaging.
1.3 Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


2. Refunds for Physical Products

2.1 Refunds will be issued only after we have received and inspected the returned item.
2.2 Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
2.3 Shipping fees are non-refundable, and any payment processing fees incurred during the initial transaction will not be reimbursed.


3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds or returns:

  • Digital downloads (music, videos, or other content).
  • Pre-order products, as customers agree to wait for their availability upon purchase.

4. Pre-orders

4.1 By purchasing a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the item will be shipped only when it becomes available.
4.2 Pre-order purchases cannot be canceled or refunded once the order is confirmed.


5. Cancellations

5.1 You may cancel your order within the withdrawal period established by Spanish law (14 days) from the date of receiving your goods.

5.3 All cancellation-related expenses, including return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer.


6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

6.1 Escafismo Records is not responsible for damages caused by postal services.
6.2 We are not liable for lost orders where the customer has chosen a shipping option without tracking.
